Red, White & Blue Fruit Cake

  • 1 (9-inch) vanilla or white cake (homemade or boxed)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries (optional)
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)


    Instructions

    Step 1:
    Bake and cool your 9-inch round cake.

    Step 2:
    Whip together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

    Step 3:
    Decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries, creating beautiful red, white, and blue rings or your own creative design.

    Step 4:
    Chill for 1–2 hours before serving and enjoy!
